Hi to all! Sorry for language, i can not speak german, hope you will understand.
I tried to find solution on other forums, but nobody knows solution of my problem.
I got YLOD while tried to downgrade the console.
COK-002 have NAND and shorting tristate to gnd can exclude dump problem.
So, i disasembled console and made some starts - CPU, GPU and South Bridge left cold. I made GPU reflow on station - it gives no result.
After this i started voltage measuring in test points. Found problem with +5V_MISC and the source of the problem was broken PS6001.
I replaced it, but PS3 still YLODs.
I found testplan on this forum and this is what i got after measurements:

FuseVoltage measuredVoltage required
JL60631,20V1,20V
JL61031,20V
JL61141,20V1,20V
JL96541,60V1,70V
JX960101,50V
JL62013,20V
JL62081,30V1,30V
JL60481,80V1,80V
JL96510,10V1,20V
JL965601,50V
JL60583,30V3,30V
JL60602,50V2,50V
JL60611,8V1,8V
JL96480,5V1,20V
JX960201,50V
JL96471,80V1,80V
JL96520.10V1,20V
JL965501,55V

As we can see, JX9601, JL9651, JL9648, JX9602, JL9652, JL9655 have incorrect voltages.
Also, i don't know about JL6103 and JL6201, but looks like there zero voltage must be.

I checked all possible fuses, but i don't know what to do next.
Thanks for help.

eh lol, warum dann nicht einfach deutsch wenn man kein englisch kann??

Hi, you're not alone ;D :P

If you get the YLOD while tristate is connected to ground, this isn't a software-failure, but a hardware-failure. This means you damaged the mainboard while downgrading.

(Nearly) all voltages are activated by the syscon. If any voltage is missing, there could be an error (shortcut or something) or the syscon is shutting down the console (due to another error) before the voltage gets activated.
